Warranty Policy –
One-Year Limited Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty applies to:

• SaniChest SC-40

• SaniChest SC-80

• SaniChest SC-200

Including original manufacturer-supplied components provided with each unit at the time of purchase.

Accessories, consumables, or replacement parts purchased separately may be excluded unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Warranty Registration

To activate warranty coverage, purchasers may be required to complete warranty registration within a reasonable period following purchase.

Registration may require:

• Purchaser name and contact information

• Proof of purchase

• Product model and serial number (if applicable)

• Date of purchase

Warranty registration allows Clean Play to administer service, communicate product updates, and provide support. Where prohibited by law, failure to register will not void warranty rights; however, proof of purchase is required for all claims.

4. What This Warranty Covers

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the one-year period, Clean Play Pet Products Corp., at its discretion, will:

• Repair the product, or

• Replace the product or defective component, or

• Provide a refund or credit equal to the original purchase price

Repaired or replacement units may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Use outside of intended or documented use cases

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

• Damage caused by improper charging, power surges, or environmental exposure

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Clean Play Pet Products Corp. with:

• Proof of purchase

• Product model (SC-40, SC-80, or SC-200)

• Description of the issue

• Photos or video documentation if requested

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Play Pet Products Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
