Refund Policy

Clean Play Pet Products Corp. (“Clean Play,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) designs and manufactures specialized sanitation equipment intended for professional and informed use. As such, all sales are final.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Clean Play Pet Products Corp. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Dissatisfaction with size, capacity, or fit

  • Products that are unused but opened

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

No Refunds on SaniChest Products

This policy applies to all SaniChest models, including:

  • SC-40

  • SC-80

  • SC-200

Due to the nature of sanitation equipment, returned units cannot be resold or redistributed.

Warranty in Place of Refunds

While refunds are not offered, Clean Play Pet Products Corp. stands behind its products through our One-Year Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

If your product experiences a covered defect:

  • It may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the Warranty Policy

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at Clean Play’s discretion where required by law

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify Clean Play within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Documentation (photos/video) may be required

Eligible issues will be addressed under the Warranty Policy, not through refunds for buyer’s remorse or preference-based reasons.

Purchases Through Authorized Sellers

If you purchased a Clean Play product through an authorized distributor or retailer, their return or refund policies may apply. Clean Play Pet Products Corp. is not responsible for third-party seller policies.

Acceptance of Policy

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed product specifications and suitability

  • You understand that no refunds are offered

  • Warranty coverage is the sole remedy for covered issues
